Capital city property listings are enjoying an increasing amount of buyer enquiry, according to PropTrack analysis.
In June, the average property for sale listed across the combined capital cities received 14 enquiries, compared to 11 the year before.
That's also higher than in June 2019 (7 enquiries), before the pandemic, although lower than in June 2021 (16 enquiries), during the pandemic boom.
Enquiry per listing looks at the number of enquiries made on a property, via email, phone or SMS, as well as key actions that indicate interest, such as buyers saving inspection times.
