Bendigo Bank has the most satisfied borrowers in Australia, according to Roy Morgan's survey of home loan customers at the countryโs 11 largest mortgage lenders.
Over the year to May, Bendigo Bank's customer satisfaction score jumped from 86.2% to 91.0%.
ING, in second place, also improved, from 88.1% to 88.3%.
However, the big four banks as a whole saw their satisfaction rating fall from 76.2% to 75.6%.
